Summary: Report came in as a 911 call, a Motorcycle Accident. Location was unknown. Myself and Unit 3101 responded to the call, was searching for it and then headed to Turville. Upon Arrival 3101 was first on scene and then I got to the scene and noticed that Driver #1 was in fact Captain Logan Wolf, who was driving his personal Motorcycle. Medic# 385 responded and transported the driver to the Hospital. BAC was preformed and its noted in the report. FD then responded with Squad for Oil cleanup. Driver suffered Broken Leg and a concussion. Morphine was administered on scene. I brought out AIU 329 and started my investigation. Cause of Accident is noted on the report as well. Speed Was not a factor.
Was BAC at Hospital: Y/N: Yes (IF Yes who did it and what was level?): Dr. Marine Laville, BAC was 0.00. Driver Was not Drunk
Cause Of Accident?: Oil Spill in the middle of the Intersection
